We have a small core team consisting of Mike Krohn plus admin backup. It is Mike, his experience, skills and contacts that clients are getting when they ask us to undertake work for them. For larger projects, we assemble the best qualified people for the job and then we manage them, taking overall responsibility for the work.

It's called the Hollywood model. Bring together the best experts as you need them. Once the job is done the team disbands again - in the same way that the Hollywood studios bring in cameramen, scriptwriters, etc. for specific projects.

This way of working keeps overheads down, gives greater flexibility and makes available those rare skills that are impossible to find in-house.
